Stephen Arnold Music scores BIG at the PromaxBDA Local Awards
It was a great year for Stephen Arnold Music and our client stations at the PromaxBDA Local Awards Awards at Station Summit in Las Vegas on Thursday, June 28, 2018. We were recognized for excellence with TWO Gold Awards, and one Silver award.
Our popular “Ready” campaign, which features separate themes for weather, morning news and a social/digital media presence, won a Gold award in the “Music Or Instrumental Theme With Or Without Vocals” category. We produced spots with stations WCCO in Minneapolis, MN; KDKA in Pittsburgh, PA; and WBNS in Columbus, OH that showcased the versatility and memorable qualities of this effort.

Also taking Gold in the “General Branding/Image: News Station Image – Small Market” category was this God Bless Louisiana Football promo from WGNO in New Orleans, LA. A continuation of a campaign that was originally developed with Stephen Arnold Music, this particular marketing spot brought the song alive again – in a new and compelling fashion.
A Gold winner last year, our “Everywhere I Go” campaign was re-interpreted by our friends at KTVI-TV in St. Louis, MO. It took a Silver award in the “Application or Website Promotion: Video-Based” category. They added a dramatic, crowd-sourced “GO” to the lyric, making the song rise to even more memorable and momentous heights.
