WE HAVE OUR WINNERS!!
UPDATE: We have decided to give away a FIFTH Fender “Road-Worn” Guitar! To register for this on-line drawing, simply leave a comment below.
As we prep for our annual pilgrimage to Vegas for the RTNDA and NAB conventions, we thought we’d go ahead and let the secret out: Stephen Arnold Music is giving away, not just one, not two, but FOUR Fender Road Worn guitars this year!
Stop by our NAB Booth (SL10211) and register to win one of these battle-scarred beauties: a classic blonde Telecaster, a tobacco sunburst Stratocaster and more. We’ll be giving away a Fender guitar each day of the NAB convention (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), and another at the RTNDA convention (you can register for the latter at RTNDA’s main registration area). The drawings for NAB will be held each day at our booth at 3pm. The RTNDA giveaway will be during Tuesday’s Happy Hour Cocktail Party on the Exhibit Floor from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.
So be sure to stop by our NAB booth and register. You’re gonna love these guitars!
Please see Rules & Eligibility.

[Q] How do you get a guitar player to turn down?
[A] Show him a chart…
A guitar as road-worn as me.

Hope that I have better luck than when I buy lottery tix!
This is so fantastic. What a thrill if I could win something in my lifetime.
PPPPPLease pick meeeee
I do an unbelievable Stevie Ray Vaughan impersonation…but in order for that I need the road worn sunburst! I’m in! We will display it proudly in the studio…and be a SAM client for life of course.
B. Gr8t to win this!
My son would love one of these guitars!
I would love to win this guitar for my best friend
I’ll be praying to win. I could really use one of these guitars for my band
Que viva la musica! – que vivan las guitarras! –

A Fender would be a nice addition to the family… Hope all is well have a great convention binge ….
JMUCK
Sorry won’t be @NAB…everyone should get a free fender, especially ‘Road Worn”…
good luck to all who replied…
Big-Up too Steven Arnold Music!!!
waiting for the FedEx truck to roll up to my door
Love the guitars!! There is nothing like a Fender!
I love the music that comes out of SAM.
Always inventive. Always smart.
So, if I hook up my new guitar, will the SAM sound come out of it?
Probably not. But hey, good to know that it has the vibe from being around you guys.
All the best!
Let me know when you need the shipping address! Thanks for executing this promotion, great idea!
I am DYING to have something to play that “Quacky” Rockabilly out of!!!!
Please let me win something for once in my musical life!!!!
Dave (Dave ) Bowen
Group “In-SyncHole”
wow…ghost town out here…best
Wrap it up, I’ll take it!
Luv to win that for my baby boy, okay he’s 12, but still my baby
Gimme!
Great contest. I need a Fender guitar, like really bad.
Great idea this contest. you are an awesome marketer.
I would like to see if I can still play Stairway to Heaven.
Best
Best promotion ever! I enjoyed checking out your music very much. Please call and say hello some time.
Mike Rosen
Director, Music Department

good luck to everyone.
peace
Nick
A great way to get peoples attention. I hope this year is good for you guys
Couldn’t attend NAB this year. Was bummed when I heard about your guitar giveaway. Thanks for still giving us a shot.
Cool guitar from cool musicians! Thanks.
So sorry not to see you all at NAB. Always love to see what new trends you guys are rocking with.
Chad and Stephen are going to autograph mine right?
Good luck Dave!
Be great to win and give to my son who has recently taught himself to play the guitar!
I really need a ’62 Telecaster for my pending tour, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers! I’d love a road worn guitar.
Fender Guitars! What a great promotion!
Stephen,
A road-worn Strat for a road-worn promo guy. Pick me! Pick me! Hope you are doing well.
Richard
Very, very cool!!!!
Keep rockin us with the great music! Your music is road tested and the guitars are road worn seems like a match made in heaven!
A FIFTH guitar! Awesome! What beautiful instruments!!!
I would love to strap on a strat!
Thanks for adding the fifth guitar for the giveaway. I’d love to be included in the drawing. Have a great NAB/RTNDA!
I can see it now…….Robin Meade in the studio, strumming her
“Road Worn” Fender. Morning Express theme music playing in the background. Stephen Arnold Music in its highest artform.
Then you’ll definitely need to win one for Robin! She can play along to the show music.
Keep up the invisible good work guys.
What better way for my 4 year old son Josh to learn guitar than on
A rode worn fender.
Great contest idea! Thanks!
It’s about time I learn electric guitar. It’s really getting more difficult to lug my piano around to sessions. The baby grand, not so bad, but the 9-foot Steinway…
JT- you just need a kazoo- it fits in your front pocket
Sir Stephen,
I have everything…except a road worn guitar.
Make it happen for me, mate, and I’ll make you the fifth Beatle.
Cheers
Macca
Been a Stephen Arnold client for years. Love the music. We use Stravinsky here at NTV and it’s become our signature.
My only regret about not going to the RTNDA@NAB is this guitar contest and not being eligible. Now that I am eligible by leaving a blog, I am content and well on my way to complete self-actualization.
Mark Baumert
I’ve heard it said by a National TV network that “Stephen Arnold is the best “effin” composer in the world.” Too bad they don’t have a statue for that.
Okay…you guys got me! Who wouldn’t want to win this guitar?
And, for the record, I actually play it! So, I’d be honored to have it. 🙂
Good luck all.
I’m not in Vegas, although life is good in Orlando. It would be better if I had a Telecaster. Thanks for the chance.
Sorry I had to “ax” plans for NAB/RTNDA this year. I love the “tone” of this promotion. I’m confident there are no “strings” attached so I won’t “fret” that possibility. 🙂
Steve- we should have had you write the copy!!- and yup – there are 6 strings attached. How’s everything in knoxville?
It’s no accident when you go on a Fender bender!
I played one of the Road Worn guitars the other day in a music store. Wow, what a concept! With the economy (and other factors) these days, I hope Christmas comes early (this week)!
Regards,
J.
Cool promotional idea to get people “in the tent.”
ok. ok you wore me down. great way to get me to go to your site…plus to listen to your cool music.
Guitar please! Thanks!
Cool contest! Thanks for the opportunity and the music.
I quit playing guitar when I was 10. But a new guitar would sure look good in my office!
so if I light it on fire, you won’t notice the difference….cool 😉
Mine. Mine. Mine.
Stephen…you KNOW I deserve this guitar! Make it so, #1!
Cool guitars! Thanks for the opportunity.
I have already left a comment….does it help if i leave 2?? 🙂 hahahahah
Karen
YOU GUYS ROCK…so could I if I win.
I’m responding ’cause I really want a Road Worn Strat in the worst way. Cool blog. I just bookmarked it.
Hope NAB is going well … remember to save a strat for me! Thanks again.
Excellent samples shown at the NAB conference!
The Guitar Contest is a great idea!
Movie business is booming. See you at the megaplex . . .
Thanks for the guitar contest.
Hooray for road worn ( and rode hard..) Engineers, musicians and oh yea…..guitars too! Old age and tretchery will always overcome youth and vigor. Is that right??? I can’t remeber so well these days….
It was fun to see the guy win the black Strat Monday at your booth. Great of you all to give the guitars away. Maybe I’ll be next.
Always loved seeing Stephen and crew at RTNDA. They had great afternoon receptions! Thanks for doing this.
Congrats on the blog, Stephen & Crew! Best of luck at the shows this year.
Old cars or old guitars – just what all us old guys want. Great idea! Thanks.
I just had my amp repaired but am without anything adequate to plug into it. The opportunity to win a Fender jumped out at me and, almost always the optimist, I’ll be hopeful for a win.
Please enter me in the Fender give away. I’m a Texan stuck up here in Washington D.C. , they don’t understand Texas blues up here.
Count me in on the contest… although I feel that spiritually/aesthetically one should really have to “wear in” your own axe…
But I won’t complain!
To Jimmy: If that old ’60’s strat is giving you too much trouble, I’d be glad to take it off your hands for you!
My 16 yr old son would stop whining about getting stuck with his older brother’s Fender acoustic beginner’s guitar. He’d have to battle me for time on one of these.
I’ve always wanted a real Tele.
I like the Blondie!
Would love to use one of these on the music for my latest show at A&E. Thanks for the opportunity.
Wow, what a great promotion! You gotta love Strats and Teles!
You got my attention.
If I win the Tele (I’ll settle for a Strat) I will tell our Music Director about you guys, deal? 🙂
Hope you guys enjoy NAB!
Glenn
If music be the food of love, play on!
hey awsome fenders
also great idea for contest
What a cool thing you guys are doing.
Would love to get a hold of one!
I actually meant Guitar Hero….I must be getting old.
I would love to win one of those guitars! Maybe then my son could actually use his Rock Bank skills.
I want to be a rock star, please help.
You boys ROCK! Great giveaway…maybe all those hours of playing Guitar hero will pay off. LOL
A chance for a real Road Warrior is Way too cool to pass up. Seems most posts are after the Tele (my first choice too), but a cherry neck Strat works for me. You guys Rock!
Arthur, sorry. Had trouble sending you those pennies. The postage was a killer! Have fun in Vegas!
I love the Road Worn Series. This is exactly why Fender guitars are the coolest thing on the planet!
Sweeeeeet!
Would be really cool to win (since I can’t afford one ;-(
With the way the economy is going, I may have to turn to playing guitar to make a living!
They look good even to an old folkie like me! best of luck in Vegas.
Ray
Wish I could be there in Vegas, but alas, going to NAB on the company’s dime are long gone, and I can’t afford to go on my salary.
That guitar would soooo sweet!
Great contesting idea! Would love to attend but…my budget is no more…
The Mowing Dad here,
As an old DJ, radio salesman, I don’t normally do these contest things but hey, I hate mowing my lawn. Winning this for my son would insure that my grass will look like Augusta.
Still working on that riding mower/Marshall amp combo.

Very cool! Sign me up too! Nice Guitars!
Hey Gang!
How are my party animals? Hope you are all doing great! Miss you guys!
Fingers crossed! Pull out my name…pretty please;)
Best Wishes-Kate Donaghy
Good luck Kati! Hope to see you at PROMAX this summer.
As they say in Wichita Falls, “Oooh-la-la.”
What a great idea! Love the indie music, by the way.
You guys rock!
Now gimme guitar. 🙂
Stephen, Joe, Clay and all,
You all are so clever! Just pull my name out, take the entire office on a roadtrip to New Orleans for Jazz Fest, bring the guitar, take it jamming on Frenchmen St., and see our sunflowers! Sorry I won’t be in LV this year. Thanks for staying in touch – Gail
GAIL – OK –
I THINK U JUST WON ALL 5!!
SA
You guys are the best!
I need this!
This would look great on my guitar wall. Thanks for the opportunity.
God, would I love to give this to my son, when he returns from Afghanistan. He was deployed there last year, and is expected home in June. Good luck to me. Thanx for this opportunity. George
Oh, man, Fender is the best!
Stephen and Joe,
Since I may be one of the only GM’s who keeps his guitars and amps in his office and has the Indie Rock Music package, a road worn Fender should natuarally reside in Denver. Check out http://www.2thedeuce.com for our streaming where you can hear your package in action. M-F 5-9am; M-F 11am-12nn and M-F 7-8pm.
Dennis
is this where I go to register for my free guitar, uhm, I mean chance to win one….? I agree, though, giving away the only Telecaster in the house seems wrong somehow. Those are great guitars.
B. “once a customer always a customer. J.
Thanks for the chance to win one of these… the Tele in particular would be a dream come true!
Didn’t the telecaster in the middle belong to Buck Owens at one time!
Help….. I need to get plugged in and give my Martin a rest!
Keep up the good work…. you guys have the best package in the business. Sorry I won’t make it to NAB .. but I think my wife is going to let me go out to the Stagecoach Festival in California next weekend to witness the reunion of all the original members of POCO!
mr
Don’t really care for blogs, but this has changed my mind. Anything for a chance to win. Kathy
My old Strat (1960’s) has just about given up the ghost and I have a lot playing left to do. I hope you pick me!
I’ve been trying to talk myself into buying a Telecaster for about five years. Haven’t been able to bring myself to do it. Love the Gibson-like throaty sound.
In the meantime…love our music package. I’ve been listening to it every day for nearly three years, and it still knocks me out.
Keep up the good work in tight times.
Sweet Strats. Good luck at NAB next wk.
Great Library..wish I could register in person
Just had the debate with someone yesterday, Gibson vs. Fender vs. Rickenbacker. Pick me and Fender will be, forever, the supreme guitar being!
I GOTTA have one of those beautiful old Quack Fenders!
Please, I’ll buy new music … oooops! just did.
Well, I am just so impressesd that anybody would do anything so cool!
Thanks!
nice idea! thanks for this opportunity.
Ok Joe! You know an old hippy gal from Texas would LOVE to win! 🙂 I would also love to go to NAB, but I think I have a better chance of winning the lottery! hahaha Talk to you soon…. Karen
Oh that would be nice. I think I’d tune it down to C.
If I win one of these guitars, I’ll write you guys your very own theme song, record it with the guitar I win, and then send it to you for publicity purposes!!
I would love to have one!
Hope you have a great convention this year. Pleased we’re a client! Good luck and great idea for a contest!
oh oh…me me…i like to win.
Count me in! My brother gave away my Gibson and I’m in the market for that retro single-coil Fender sound. Come on lucky bald spot!! 😉
Best music, greatest PEOPLE in the BIZZZ!!
I wish I could attend Promax this year, Stephen, but budgets are tight, tight, tight! You are one talented dude!
Music Super in need of a Fender bender !
The design made them instant classics let alone the beautiful noise they put out!
count me in! great contest..great music..
There is no AX like an old AX, Wow what a great promotional idea.
I want one, I want one. A fender Jag is the hotest ever invented. YUM!
Gerry K
(good job)
any chance the 5th is the butterscotch tele? 🙂
sorry- the butterscotch #2 to go away. the 5th- on line will be a rosewood neck strat
i pushed for all teles – but was out voted
oh well
sa
Another great giveaway from the good folks at Stephen Arnold Music!
Good luck Dan! There’s no chance you’d be giving this guitar to your son is there?
Oh man — I could finally replace my Fender ax that had to be sold for cash after my high school garage band days. Sign me up!
You guys still rock after all these years! Keep it rolling…
the road worns are amazing. and i’m afraid that my local guitar store is going to start banning me from coming in and jamming with them any more.
i’m a student. with no money to buy one.
it looks like demoing it a guitar center every week will be the closest i get to owning this fine equipment.
I HOPE MY LUCK CHANGES.
Just because I’m listing that loosers website don’t mean *censored* man. I’m still around and thats the deal. Cool? I got an audition comming up in a while cause I ain’t got no job and I sold my Martin. My wife done left my ass and the only way I’m gonna make some jack is with an Ax man… Cool? I dig that Telecaster… the Strats ain’t my gig no mo. Cool? Don’t forget I’m left handed. Cool?
jh
The Economy will improve in 2010! I will be there next year…Guitar would hold me over for a year!
Outstanding!
Those guitars look great.
Thanks in advance for the Strat! It will go well with my Tele. Sorry won’t be stopping by the booth this year, maybe 2010.
Stephen Arnold Rocks! Thanks for this opportunity and chance to hit the road with a Fender!
I’d love to win, maybe I could use it to play along with some of your tracks!
Everybody seems to be ‘singin’ the blues’ in the news biz these days. With one of these Fenders, I’ll be playing to the sunny side of things! Thanks and good luck to all.
Hey Stephen & Joe-
Cool way to generate some buzz! Speaking of “buzz”, I’ll see you guys at the bar!
Have a great time at the conventions and best of wishes in all y’all do!
Cheers,
Chris
Talk about getting my attention. One of the most significant and iconic creations ever wrought from the hands of man is the Fender Stratocaster. Banged, Beaten and soaked in sweat from hundreds of gigs in the dingiest of blues joints around the world. Its a possession that mystifies and inspires to this day. I am in a freaking trance looking at those babies.
Just pick up that damn guitar and play son!
Great website. Great stock music. Great promotion. Thank you for this opportunity.
Thanks to you guys at Stephen Arnold Music for this opportunity …. boy I’d love to win one of these. I hope this generous promotion works for you… and me!
Wow, would I like to win one of these as a gift to my husband. He gave up four years of his music career to nurse me back to health after I was struck by a car crossing the street. He wants so badly to return to his music but we cannot afford a guitar for him (he sold his to pay for my medical bills). Thank you for this opportunity.
This is such a wonderful idea – giving hope to those financially-strapped musicians out there. Congrats to Stephen Arnold Music on a great and generous gesture. Here’s wishing myself and all the other musicians out there, lotsa luck winning one of these beauties. Peace, Chip Miller
My sons would be fighting for this — not sure they would win though!
Gotta have some road worn gear to go with my road worn hands. I can write the Stephen Arnold jingle with it.
And when will we see the Olson guitar giveaway?
Did Stephen personally wear out those guitars on the road?
I had an electric guitar when I was a kid. My cousin tried to teach me to play, but when I play the song he taught me for my Mom, she ditched him and the guitar. The song? “Cocaine”
Hey, I was 13…I didn’t know what it meant. Now…I haven’t picked up a guitar since and my son’s about to be off to college and I need something to do at night. I think being a rock n roll guitar hero is a good thing for a 40ish TV Mom to do, don’t you?
One of those things is not like the other things, one of those things just doesn’t belong, can you guess which thing is not like the other things, before I finish my song?
Did you guess which thing is not like the other thing, did you guess which one with all your might?
If you guessed A SUITE WITH A WINDOW was not like any other suite, you know what, my friends, you would be right!
Oh wait, was I supposed to be looking at GUITARS? Well whaddya know…
One of those things is not like the others…
(nice Tele… me like Tele… me like to win Tele!)
Too silly to win, I’m sure, but wishing you the best at your upcoming road shows!
Sounds good to me. Hope I win! 😀
I’ve always wanted a telecaster… Can I just like have it?
I have a 1960 Strat and one of these would make good company for it!
Can a guitar be *censored* ? If the answer is yes, you have 5 I’d like to buy a drink…
Thanks for the opportunity! I have a couple of acoustic guitars and a banjo, and would love to adda fender to the collection,
Well I have been wanting to get one of those bad boys. And I love and use your music selection every week. People around Redding,Ca seem to love the impact your music has with my promotional material.
Keep up the SOLID work.
David Magee
P.S. They have the quickest turn around time, much needed in my line of work. KRCR NEWS CHANNEL 7
I’d learn to play guitar if I won that old boy!
Great guitars, an old fender, like an old gibson is much better than the new stuff.
The trick is the electronics, they usually hold up as long as you don’t imitate your favorite bands of days gone by and jump on them (as we did with the old Fender Mustang….rest it’s soul)
You Guys are the best thing in the world….right up there with Cheeze Whiz!!!! Keep on Jammin and creating!
Yes it is true, my loyalty can be bought for the chance at winning a cool guitar. Please take pity on my cheap, capitalist soul…
Ok, this would get me off my butt and into real lessons…
I KNOW you guys want me to win one of those guitars… I deserve it!
Cool giveaway! xFingersCrossedx
Could my son-in-law finally think I’m cool?
Hey Steve
hmmm… that’s tough one. but, chances are, if you turn it up real loud – he’ll be deceived into thinking you’re cool.
good luck
sa
One of those would be a great birthday gift for my son. Sign me up!
What a great idea! Thanks for the opportunity.
Me, me, me, PICK ME!!!! (please?)
Have always admired your work, keep it up!
hopefully will get there…love the axes
In this order I love God, my wife and kids, my dogs and Fender, beer.
Hope to have these after the drawing.
hey fred,
just fyi- several of these “road worn” guitars look like your kids may have dropped them, then your dog may have chewed on them, and then you spilled some beer while you were jammin. 4 outta 6 ain’t bad.
sa
I can play E7#9 all day long, ala jimi….hmmmmmmmmm 😉
You guys are strat-tastic!
Hey Stephen, thanks for the giveaway. If I win can you throw some BBQ in the case? I’ll buy you all some as well, we can all celebrate together!
The Vault is the best – topped only by the companies customer service
Thanks for the chance to win a Fender. Wish I could join you at NAB.
I’m no Scott McCloud, that’s a well known fact — however, I would certainly love to be on the receiving end of one of these guitars.
Good luck at the conferences. Joe, please keep expenses within an acceptable range this year.
Will miss jamming with you this year, Stephen, but would be honored to inherit one of your road-worn axes.
Hope you guys have a great Promax.
L.
Been broadcasting your music for seven years nows.
Still love it!
You guys rock and thanks for the chance to win a sweet guitar!
Those sure are some sweet axes! Hope I can win one….
I am a Senior Producer for Starz entertainment. I won’t be at the convention (Promax instead.) I would love to be entered to win one of your guitars. Thanks. Greg
What a terrific blog! Great writing, nice visuals, really first-rate, one of teh best I’ve seen yet. Say, you mean I can win a guitar, too, just for leaving a comment? Bonus!
Thanks for the chance to win a cool guitar!
Rebecca
Long Live Texas BBQ!
Those guitars are awesome. I think that’s just what I need to finally be taken seriously as a musician 😉
My son’s beginner’s model Stratocaster is gathering dust. Maybe one of these will inspire him to use those lessons I paid for.
SA (News) music ROCKS!!
Sorry I won’t be at NAB, but I’d love to win one of these beautiful guitars… not to mention sample what new tunes y’all have coming our way!
Brian
Greetings from Amsterdam, the Netherlands!
Great idea Stephen – wish I could join you at the show. I would like for my son (The JeanMarie, Miami, Florida) to own one of your guitars!
Jim
Thanks for the chance to win this sucker even though I won’t be at NAB! As usual a fantastic giveaway from the Stephen Arnold team!
Hey Stephen,
I will definitely stop by the booth on Monday but didn’t want to miss my chance to win one of these very cool guitars. My NAB will be restricted to just one day this year.
See you next week!
Shawn
shawn- no worries – hey – when u stop by, leave 3 cards- i’ll have em drop one in each day- + the on line – odds just went up 300% right!! good luck
sa
Your music has put our graphics over the top. Thanks for everything.
C’mon graduation present.
Great promotion! Any of the 5 would be a dream! I’ll be in Vegas and will definitely stop by to say hi Stephen.
can’t get to Vegas but I like the black one
Played acoustic for years, never had an electric, especially one as awesome as this! As age creeps in and carpal tunnel sets in, the acoustic get harder and harder to play. I’ve given up over the years, but would love to rekindle the passion for playing with a guitar like this.
Thanks for the chance, friends!
Jeff – You really need to win one so you can add the Red Raiders melody to your sports cut.
Stephen,
Great library of stuff. I would have checked out your music even without the guitar opportunity, but that sure would be nice to win.
I would become the hero of my thirteen year old son, in stead of the old guy who makes him mow the yard. . . .
Pick me please. My lawn will thank you.

scott-
mowing is good because once he has the guitar- he will need an amp.. i’m hoping it’s riding mower so he can play while he works
good luck. sa
Steve, Do I need to go into my studio to make sure all my guitars are still there?
oops- was that your tele??- o my gosh-so sorry ben- fyi- it plays awesome. SA
Great ax for my new job once they lay off eveybody
yeah- well, after playing – these are very cool guitars, so i’m hoping i win one back by leaving a comment on my own blog site
This is a unique way to get someone to respond to a blog… but it worked on me. 😉
Finally a chance for some serious strings.
I would be interested in hearing more about your music package but I will not be at NAB!
Sure would be good to get that guitar!
I used to own a Telecaster, in a galaxy far, far away, or about 30 yrs ago. Would love to have another one. Nice studio picture at the top of page.
This is cool.. I’d love to win one.
Thanks Eric…Good luck on winning the guitar…
Oh man, I would love to win this and finally learn the guitar. My violin teacher would be proud! (Or roll over in his grave.) 😀
Hey Ronnie, thanks for the comment.
the new indie music is killer! great job!
Gimme, gimme, gimme.
Nice!
